I'm starting to get seriously annoyed at certain people in my life. It kind of comes back around to something ~beautifully-twisted said when she and I were having issues a few weeks ago. People try to understand what's going on when they really can't ... and I can't hold it against them, but I would appreciate being given some space when I really need it, without immature individuals jumping to conclusions about what my feelings mean! Just because I'm held back by some sort of responsibility or whatever else doesn't mean that it reflects my feelings. There's a lot going on in my life ... I can't just live life for myself with the selfish intent of doing just what I want or feel like doing.

I wish some people would try to get that into their brains.

Back to what I think should be the actual focus of this journal and its entry -- I've been posting photos from the Saturday night pool shoot at Animazement. I'm going to try to get Anna to model for me for some non-cosplay purposes, as well, since I'd like to just generally test my photography skills.

... I'm not sure if those pictures turned out so well because of the lighting, or because I actually know what I'm doing with a camera. Maybe a little of both.
